CATEGORIES AND SOURCE OF DATA

▪ Ensuring compliance with internal regulations, such as preventing the commission of criminal offenses for the benefit or interest of the entity (we will retain the data for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purpose). 
▪ Managing and maintaining the network and IT systems (we will retain the data for 10 years from the year the contractual relationship ends for accounts, passwords, and usernames). 
▪ Preventing and/or detecting potential abuses and defending our rights and interests in court or in the stages leading up to a potential lawsuit (we will retain the data as long as the purpose of the processing persists). 


We process your data based on your consent for certain purposes, specifically: 
▪ Sending informational and/or promotional material, market research, and surveys (we will retain the data for up to 10 years from the revocation of consent).
