The case report described in this article, carried out by the group of prof. Marco Gargari (Tor Vergata University, Rome), highlights that 12 months after the insertion of a Prama implant in aesthetic area, rehabilitated with an immediate screw-retained crown, the peri-implant soft tissues show a significant thickening and the radiographic control confirms an excellent maintenance of the marginal bone level.
The Prama neck, with its micro and macro-morphological features, allows the formation of a mucosal seal capable of contrasting the bacterial infiltrate, promotes tissue thickening and its stability over time.
