Prama RF with height 6.00 mm has the transgingival neck of Prama implant system, a tapered endosseous morphology and a triangular pitch that allow to reach primary stability and the contact with coagulum.
The reduced height and the thread make this implant ideal in cases of reduced bone vertical dimensions, when the clinician does not resort to bone regeneration techniques, and in all the cases where the use of an implant of reduced length permits to avoid the alveolar nerve in the mandible or the sinus lift and the nasal cavity in the maxilla.
