XA abutments, that take advantage of the principles of B.O.P.T. technique, allow to obtain excellent results in terms of aesthetics and function. This clinical case shows the results of a screw-retained rehabilitation with a XA abutment on the element 1.2, that underlines the great aesthetics of the soft tissues around the prosthetic crown, the good development of the papillae and the bone level maintenance, which can be clearly noticed also in the 9 months RX follow-up.
